What it Does?

  • Tonal additive for lightening and toning in one step
  • Provides up to 8 levels of lift when mixed with BLONDME Bond Enforcing Premium Lightener 9+
  • Adds lasting tone directions
  • Flexible mix concentrations for both shades for specific tonal effects on dark to light bases:
  • Intense mix concentration for strong neutralisation required to neutralize dark bases, or to create an intense cendre or pastel tone on light bases.
  • Soft mix option for softer neutralisation to create natural blonde tone directions on light bases
