ODA Brightening & Whitening Serum - combination of four organic acids (lactic, glycol, phytin, and kojic) and vitamin C helps to fade dark spots and prevents the formation of new ones.
Active components:
- Glycolic acid has the lowest molecular weight of all the alpha-hydroxy acids, which renders it with the ability to easily penetrate the top layer of the epidermis and effectively remove dead cells. It stimulates skin regeneration, regulates the moisture balance, and restores elasticity and firmness. Glycolic acid also helps to absorb other substances of the product.
- Lactic acid is an alpha hydroxy acid (AHA) that brightens and moisturizes the skin, helps remove dead cells, and stimulates skin regeneration. It also triggers the synthesis of collagen and elastin and protects against negative effects of the environment.
- Kojic and phytic acids inhibit the enzyme tyrosinase activity, binds metal ions, and provides a whitening effect.
