Slippery Elm – is a tree native to the central and eastern United States and to Ontario, Canada. In herbal medicine, the inner bark of the slippery foot has been used for a long time and it is also widespread in the world of food supplements. Beige in color and strongly slimy, it has a faint sheep-like odor and a mild taste. In the first American work on the medicinal plant Materia Medica Americana, J. Schoepf said in 1787 that it was like a "bark ointment." The gel core obtained from the inner bark of this tree successfully covers, protects and supports the mucous membranes from the mouth to the intestines.

    2-4 capsules daily with a balanced diet as recommended by your therapist or doctor. 

    As a drink: Mix the contents of the capsule with 200 ml of cold water until it dissolves to a uniform mass. Then slowly add hot water or other suitable hot liquid to the mixture, stirring constantly.
