  • Evaporate 3-5 drops of the mixture in aromatic lamps or spread with a diffuser;
  • Inhale directly from the vial. Essential oils pass through the olfactory organs into the bloodstream and affect emotions and well-being.
  • For massage, rubbing, breathing, dilute with base oil (almonds, sesame, etc.): 10 drops in 10 ml. (two tablespoons) of base oil;
  • Pour into the bath, diluted with castilla soap: 10 drops in 10 ml. Castilian soap. Do not pour the mixture directly into the water, as the oils do not dissolve in water, but float on the surface and can get on the skin and irritate it.
  • Drip 3 drops onto a damp cloth and place in a closet or clothes dryer to scent your clothes. Be careful because oils can stain white clothes.
