  • Evaporate 3-5 drops of the mixture in aromatic lamps or spread with a diffuser;
  • Inhale directly from the vial. Essential oils pass through the olfactory organs into the bloodstream and affect emotions and well-being.
  • For massage, rubbing, breathing, dilute with base oil (almonds, sesame, etc.): 10 drops in 10 ml. (two tablespoons) of base oil;
