Rose (Rosa damascena) essential oil is one of the most exclusive and expensive in the aromatherapy. It requires a lot of raw materials to produce a minimum quantity, but the aroma is incomparable. One tiny drop will envelop you in its intoxicating scent and accompany you for most of the day.

Rose essential oil:

  • - According to the aromatherapy specialists, it clean, disinfects, tones, therefore it is recommended as a natural remedy for menstrual regulation;

  • - Arouses the senses and is therefore classified as an aphrodisiac;
  • - Often used in perfumes and for mature skin cosmetics.

    Rose oil has an intense scent, so you don't need much of it. Perhaps a dab on your wrists or neck will be enough to eliminate the need for other fragrances. And the effect will be twofold: you'll smell good and feel good.

    Use 2–3 drops for vaporising. If you like the scent of rose, don’t need to mix it with other oils.

    Do not use too much for massage, and choose the intensity of the scent individually. If the base oil is lacking in aroma, you can add one more drop.

    Rose oil for baths and body perfume is used diluted with a base oil.

    How to combine with other oils?

    If you have PMS, it is recommended to make this massage blend: 25 ml base oil, 10 drops geranium, 10 drops clary sage and 3 drops rose essential oil.

    Add this oil to your face cream or body lotion to enrich its effect.
